Short version: you can read every page on this site without telling us anything. The only personal data we hold is an email address, and only if you type one into the form.

What we collect

When you use the “Email me the full list” form we store three things: your email address, which trade’s page you signed up from, and the time you signed up. That is all.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and operations; we do not use them to identify visitors.

What we use it for

One thing: to email you when the full board opens. We will not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone for their own use, and we will not add you to anything else without asking first.

Where it is kept

The site is hosted on Vercel and the sign-up list is stored in a Turso database. Both act only on our instructions. Mail you send us is handled by Proton Mail. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we stop running the list, whichever comes first. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.

Your choices

Write to sponsorboardsupport@proton.me from the address you signed up with and we will delete it, tell you exactly what we hold, or correct it — usually within a few days, and always within 30. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this changes

When we add accounts or payments, this page will change before they go live, and the date below will move. If you are on the list we will tell you.
